Hi, I am Stephanie and I have a passion for helping others restore health to their lymphatic system. I started out as a licensed clinical massage therapist in 2011 and on my own journey for health I was introduced to Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) therapy in 2016.
After having such a profound personal experience restoring my own health with LET therapy, in 2018 I purchased an FDA registered Aria and began my pursuit of introducing the LET modality across Chicago. Over the past 7 years I have successfully launched LET into a highly demanded service in a variety of wellness settings including an integrative medical clinic, several wellness studios, and a premiere post-op lymphatic clinic.
My approach to LET is unique because I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) trained in Vodder Technique Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), with a background in biomedical science. Over the past few years, I have developed my own results driven method of applying LET that is notably more effective in the management of lymphedema, biotoxin detoxification (i.e. Lyme, mold), pre- and post-operative healing, and chronic inflammatory conditions when compared to the standard treatment approaches for these conditions.

HI, I’m Alayna and my passion is skin care, self care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. My main goal is to create a welcoming environment. I’ve been a licensed esthetician for a year and a half. I love to keep learning and gaining experience to improve. I was always passionate about makeup and skin care growing up and learning I could start a career in the field was what motivated me to graduate high school a year early and go to school to be an esthetician. My specialty is facials, I love to provide a good face massage, to analyze my clients skin, and go into depth about what at home skin care can do to help gain the skin you’ve always wanted.
