Whole Moion has a zero tolerance policy for innapropriate behavior. Any misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment required, and a permanent ban from future appointments.
Less than a 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. If card is not on file, then you will be charged before you are allowed to come back in.
Less than 2 hours before or no shows will be charged 100% of the service. If card is not on file, then you will be charged before you are allowed to come back in.
True emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time and will still be responsible for the full service fee. Services are not required to be extended into the next time period.
All gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase.
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
